How can I get to the Vigadó Square boat station by public transport?
Tram 2 Vigadó tér mh.; metro 1, 2, 3 Deák tér + on foot.
 
How can I get to the Nemzetközi Hajóállo by public transport?
Tram No. 2 Március 15-e tér mh.; metro No. 3 Ferenciek tere mh.; metro No. 4 Fővám tér mh.; buses: Ferenciek tere + on foot.
 
Do the boat services run outside the times indicated on the website?
Our ferries do NOT operate outside the times indicated.

Can dogs be carried on boats?
No, except on the upper open deck of the Duna Corso sightseeing cruise and the Danube Banks cruises, with a dog ticket. Dogs are not allowed on the Budapest - Szentendre and Budapest - Vác routes, nor on the scheduled wing boat.

Can I pay by credit card at the shipstations?
Yes at the following stations: Nemzetközi Hajóállomás, Vigadó tér Hajóállomás, Szentendre: Belváros és Tourinform iroda, Vác, Nagymaros, Visegrád, Esztergom.
 
How do I book a ticket?
On Webshop or by e-mail (ertekesites@mahartpassnave.hu), with name, mobile contact, number of participants, date, destination.

I am disabled. Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, no.

I have a Hungary Card. Which flights and what level of discount do I get?
Danube Bend wing ferry: 50% (Tuesday - Friday)
Excursion boat: 50%
 
How can I access my Hungary Card electronic voucher pack?
After registering on the website www.hungarycard.hu.
 
Can a return ticket that has not been used be refunded?
A return ticket that has been started is not refundable.
 
Can I pay in euros?
Tickets for domestic lines can only be paid for in euros at the Vigadó Square Ferry Terminal and the International Ferry Terminal, but only in HUF.
 
How can my pre-booked ticket be transferred to another date?
Please let us know by e-mail or phone, indicating the position number and the new date. Please have your existing ticket re-stamped at our ticket office before you start your journey.

I missed the flight. What should I do?
Please come to the ticket office and you can transfer your ticket to another time, we cannot refund the fare (see our Business Rules).

Can I reserve my seat in advance?
There is no advance booking, boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis (sometimes on a first-served basis).

Is it possible to eat on the excursion and capital boats?
We have a refreshment bar on board (alcoholic and soft drinks, snacks).
 
Is there a buffet service on the inland wing?
There is no buffet.
